If in the unlikely event you wish to return the goods purchased from Revolution Nail Supplies, please notify us in writing within 14 days of receipt of the goods and make the return within 30 days of the purchase date. Upon receipt of the item/goods, we will aim to process credit notes, exchanges and refunds within 7 working days.
*Please note the following conditions
Goods must be returned to Revolution Nail Supplies in their original packaging, unopened and in a saleable condition together with a copy of the invoice, showing the customers full name, address & telephone number. Please note: We are unable to accept or refund any returns for goods which have been opened, used, altered, are damaged or have missing labels.
Goods must be returned in a securely packaged, padded envelope by Recorded Delivery. Please note: Revolution Nail Supplies will not be liable for items which go missing in transit and we are not liable for refunding postage costs. Return carriage costs are the customer’s responsibility.
In the unlikely event a customer receives an item that was not ordered, does not appear on the invoice and is clearly a picking error, Revolution Nail Supplies will exchange the item at no extra cost. Please note: the returned item/goods must be received and checked into our warehouse before a replacement item can be sent.
Please note: Any items or goods returned to Revolution Nail Supplies due to the following reasons: Customer supplied an incorrect delivery/shipping address or Delivery is attempted and customer fails to collect item. Please note: Customers are subject to a £3.95 deduction or charge should a refund or redelivery be requested.
